At TRENDMELO, we offer reliable delivery and order fulfillment services for our customized print products, branded merchandise, home and decor products, digital downloads, and digital products. Here's what you need to know about our delivery and order fulfillment process.

Shipping of Merchandise and Print Products

  • Shipment Locations: We ship our clothing, customized print products, and branded merchandise from our fulfillment centers in the US, Europe, and Australia to ensure fast and affordable shipping options for our customers.
  • Shipment Duration: Find the shipping duration for each product in its product details section. US shipping generally takes about 3-7 business days, while international orders vary from 10-25 working days, excluding any delays that may be caused by customs. Check the shipping information on the product information page for accurate shipping duration associated with each product.
  • Shipment of Orders with Varied Delivery Duration: If your order contains items with varying shipping times, the entire order will adhere to the longer duration. For faster delivery of items with shorter shipping times, consider placing separate orders.
  • Shipment Tracking: We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and we will keep you updated on the status of your shipment throughout the delivery process. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your shipment.
  • Expedited Shipment: We also offer expedited shipping options for customers who need their orders delivered more quickly. Please select the expedited shipping options while doing the checkout.
  • Delivery Address Requirements: TRENDMELO offers delivery to home, work and postal addresses as per the supported worldwide country locations. Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided in the form of House/Flat Number, Floor details, Street Name and Area with a landmark, and correct City, State and Postal ZIP Code details in the shipping order form on our website/marketplace app while placing the orders.

    We are not liable for any wrong delivery address and contact information provided by customers while placing the order. Refunds cannot be claimed in case of wrong information is provided by the customer.
  • Delivery to Work Address: In case of delivery to a work address, please ensure you include correct delivery details for the work location during the order process so that the courier person can find your office location easily, e.g. company name, floor level, tower/block details, entrance gate number etc.
  • Contact Number is Mandatory: You are required to provide the correct mobile number or contact number to ensure our customer care team can reach you for confirmations of order delivery in case of any difficulties with the delivery address.

Delivery Process for Digital Products

  • We offer secure and reliable delivery of our digital downloads and digital products via email or secure download links
  • You can download your files from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. If you encounter any issues with your download, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Returns and Refunds

  • Clothing and accessories which are covered under returns are clearly mentioned on product information section of each product page. For return timeline associated with each product, please refer to the return window of applicable products on the product information section.
  • Customised/Personalised Clothing Products and Accessories: Some of our products are made to order for which returns as not applicable as mentioned on the product page information. This means we do not maintain inventory to avoid any waste which also helps us to meet our economic and environmental obligations. Due to the nature of our made-to-order production process, we are unable to offer refunds for any returned products related to Customised Print Products and Branded Merchandise.
  • Clothing and accessories which are covered under returns are clearly mentioned on product information section of each product page.
  • We try our best to ensure that every product is of the highest quality. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before placing them to ensure that they have selected the correct product, size, color and design.
  • Digital Downloads and Digital Products: We are unable to offer refunds for any digital products or digital downloads once they have been delivered to the customer. This is because our digital products and downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with your download, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product and we will be happy to replace it for you. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, washed or altered in any way. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Force Majeure

TRENDMELO will not be considered if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, the act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

Extraordinary Circumstances

There could be chances where we may have to cancel your order due to stock limitations, inaccuracies or errors with systems, issues with products or processes, or issues highlighted by our financial security and fraud risk management team. In case the order gets cancelled following your payment, the amount will be reversed back to your TRENDMELO account. Upon your request, the said amount can be refunded back to your payment source account which you used to pay for the order (Credit/Debit/Internet banking/Wallet Payment).
